Since its inception, ASM’s IPS boasts of an excellent placement track record.

In order to reap the benefits of 31 years of placement expertise & goodwill created by 51000 students’ the placement activity of IPS is clubbed with other institutes of ASM Group including IBMR.
Career Planning is an integral part of ASM Group’s course curriculum. Immediate post induction, regular guest lectures & industry visits for students.
Workshops on self assessment, CV and Cover Letter writing, facing the Interview, GD are important features of student development.
The soft skills and personality development workshops to help students to improve communication skills, build confidence, increase team spirit, develop positive attitude, etc. making them industry worthy and confident individuals.
The practical inputs are given through rigorous field– work, study tours, guest lectures, industrial visits, summer projects, seminar presentations and workshops.
Continuous stress on developing skills relevant to the market environment is the mainstay of our efforts in making our students industry ready.
There is a continuous dialogue with the industry for maintaining Corporate Relations, which help us in providing the students adequate ground level awareness of future requirements.
